First of all, a sincere thank you to everyone who supported The Flying Seagull Project through our Christmas campaign. Your generosity and continued belief in our work has made it possible for our teams to plan and deliver an ambitious programme of projects in the months ahead.
Your support means that we’ve been able to hit the ground running in 2026. Our Seagull teams are already out around the world, delivering programmes with children and families affected by displacement, poverty, and social exclusion.

In mid-February, we returned to northern Jordan, where we’re continuing our longstanding work with Syrian families living in refugee camps as well as Palestinian children and families.
We’re currently running a a programme in Greece, working in refugee support settings, with Roma communities, and in social care contexts.
From March onwards, we’ll be launching our national tours in the UK, Norway and the Netherlands. And in April, we’ll set off on a roadshow visiting rural communities in Romania, Moldova and beyond, bringing play to areas with limited access to creative opportunities.

We also have plans to be back in Bulgaria and Colombia later in the year.
And we’re continuing to scale up our Sensory Circus model across our national and international work, to make sure every child we meet gets to laugh and play in whatever ways suit them best.

All of these projects builds on years of experience, partnerships, and learning, and all are made possible by the continued support of our community.
