What we do

All about the flock
About Us

Our philosophy

We believe that it is everyone, man, woman or child’s right to put aside the cares of life and smile for a while. We work with widely varying groups in several countries to help bring smiles and happiness to people, whether as Clown Doctors for children undergoing difficult medical treatments or through arts, music and crafts workshops.

Our work

Clown Doctors

We partner with doctors to provide pre- and post-op clown therapy to children undergoing surgery.

Full of super silliness, whether in a ward or a refugee camp our shows give people an excuse to giggle and gasp.

If we get to do it, so can they! Circus skills, music, dance and games let everyone play for a while.

The process

  • 1

    Work with locals

We partner with local organisations, charities and community leaders on the ground to identify groups in need of a smile.

  • 2

    Tailor for the situation

From school classrooms to shanty towns, hospitals to refugee camps: we structure our programmes to be the best fit for each situation.

  • 3

    Build trust

The people we work with are often socially isolated or marginalised by society - building trusting relationships is central to our approach.

  • 4

    Leave laughter behind

We don't want the laughter to end, so we provide training, tips and circus equipment kits for our partners when we leave.

Where we work

We’ve run projects in 15 countries across the world, including at home in the UK, across mainland Europe, in India, Cambodia and Ghana.
