The 2.6 Challenge

Join us for The 2.6 Challenge and have fun supporting charity.

We’re excited to be taking part in The 2.6 Challenge and want to invite you to join us by having some fun to raise money for the UK’s charities. Sunday 26th April is when the London Marathon would usually run, raising £67m for charities across the country. So, charities have come together and launched The 2.6 Challenge to show solidarity and raise the missing funds. You can find out more and start fundraising for the Seagulls here.

To join in, all you need to do is think of a fundraising challenge involving the numbers 2 and 6. It can be as tricky or as silly as you like, but here are some Seagull suggestions:

Juggle for 2.6 minutes

Tell 26 jokes – perhaps to 26 friends via online meetings

Run or walk 2.6 km/miles in a silly outfit (respecting social distancing of course!)

Bake 26 funny face cakes (be sure to photograph them BEFORE they all get eaten!)

Thank you! It’s never been more important to come together and show how much we care. We really appreciate your time, effort and support.
