Athens Happens | 2018

Project Description

Refugees arriving on mainland Europe continue to move to Athens, seeking resettlement. Applying for asylum is a long process, meaning that many people are living through a period of great uncertainty, unable to work or move to other regions and countries. Child refugees face particular difficulties in accessing the education and recreation they need. As part of our ongoing commitment to alleviating the plight of child refugees in Athens, BB led a team working in squats in the city.
